Our Promise

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right under this Policy.

Eligibility Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging. For consumables (e.g., flavor cartridges), only unopened units are returnable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumables (unless defective), final-sale items, gift cards, and downloadable content.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email help@drinkcirkul.com with your order number, photos for damage/defects, and the items to return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a prepaid label when applicable.
  3. Ship items within 14 days of approval. Pack securely to prevent damage.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • Allow 5–10 business days after receipt for processing, plus your bank’s posting time.

Exchanges & Replacements

We can replace defective/wrong items at no cost or process a refund per your choice.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue store credit to you for the gift return.
