Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States (contiguous U.S. and where carriers deliver). Some remote areas and P.O. Boxes may face limitations.

Processing Times

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). High-volume periods may cause slight delays.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited options: shown at checkout when available

Carrier delays or weather may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout by weight, destination, and selected service. Promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.

Order Tracking

We email a shipment confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
